What we collect

When you submit a Free Business Review we collect: your name, business name, a description of what your business does, your email address and/or phone number, your preferred contact method, an optional current website or social link, the services you selected, optional notes, and how you heard about us.

We also record technical context with your submission: the page you submitted from, the referring page, campaign parameters in the link you arrived on, the country your request came from, your browser user agent, and the date and time.

We do not store your IP address.

Why we collect it

To review your business and respond to you. That is the only purpose.

What PCM does not do

PCM does not sell lead information.

Any future advertising conversion integration requires a separate privacy review before activation.

Where it is stored

Your submission is stored and processed using Cloudflare infrastructure.

Automated processing

Cloudflare Turnstile runs a security check when you submit the form, to separate real people from automated abuse. Cloudflare also serves and protects this website.

Third parties

Cloudflare — hosting, storage, security, and email delivery.

Google Fonts — font delivery for this website.

Stripe is named only as the payment processor used after a project is agreed. No payment information is ever collected on this website.

Your choices

Email premierclassmarketingco@gmail.com to request a copy of your submission or ask us to delete it. Include your reference number so we can find it quickly.

How long we keep it

Spam submissions: 30 days.

Unconverted leads: 24 months.

Converted client records: governed by a separate PCM client, contract, and accounting record policy.
